I contacted Shurgard with regards to a problem my patient had, and my call was dealt with by Bret, who listened attentively to the concerns I discussed with him. Bret maintained client confidentiality and politely informed me that, my patient's consent was needed to be obtained before he could discuss the case with me ( this was very impressive and reassuring). Bret got the consent from my patient and proceeded with the complicated case, in a non judgemental manner and was patient throughout his dealings with us. Bret took the time to resolve our problem, effectively and called us back , as promised. Bret showed empathy, and went over and beyond to help us get a perfect solution to the problem we had and explained the process of what needed to be put in place (step by step).
Bret's communication skills, empathy, responsiveness, attention to detail, patience, knowledge on how to handle the case, and his flexibility/problem solving skills, are greatly appreciated.
