The facility is impeccably clean and pristine. On the first arrival day you haven’t be there by 5pm to sign documents. I dealt with Shams when I got there who was so helpful and went out of his way to spend time making sure I familiarised myself with the access etc and very reassuring. My first impressions based on the service I received and the unit I have was very good. The initial phone contact was a bit difficult as hard to get the same person but now I have Shams name I think it will be easier. Very impressive first impression.

Semira and Anthony were extremely helpful and my use of shurgards facilities was a pleasant experience. I needed the storage for a temporary period and whilst I extended for other reasons, the whole process was seamless, and I had a great outcome. I strongly recommend it, and i will definitely use it again.

The storage facility itself is immaculate and the team at Greenwich were always incredibly kind each time my circumstances forced me to change my contract arrangements.

I was shown great patience as I became anxious when learning how to use the simple storage access app, and the team member who was dealing with me at the time went over it as many times as I felt I needed until I became comfortable with the technology.

Honestly, such a great bunch of people in every way and I can thoroughly recommend for both the service and facilities with so much gratitude to them all at an incredibly stressful time.

I had an excellent experience at Shurgard Herne Hill thanks to Caroline. She was incredibly helpful, showing me the storage unit and thoroughly explaining the entire process. I want to thank Subhan and Shams for their above and beyond 5 star service when I moved in. I have had absolute abysmal experiences at other branches and was ready to give up on the company but I am happy with this branch. The building itself is wonderfully cleaned and maintained and the staff treat the customers with respect which is very becoming of those at a front desk in any establishment. I would highly recommend them to friends, family and the wider world.
