Very friendly and proactive service with flexible terms and seemingly having a good inspection routine of their units. (They noticed and informed me my unit was left unlocked within about 2-3 hours of me emptying my storage and removing my lock, and were happy handling the cancellation entirely remotely with no exit fees or similar)
