I was new in Paris but Imane was so kind and attentive that she helped me with everything and explained everything fantastically in English in spite of staying almost after her working hours, Paperworks done professionally and perfectly. I really appreciate that. I pre booked the storage box in advance but the box was not available of that size so Imma even offered me a bigger box with the same price, the contract was done in a few minutes without any hassles and much paperworks. System is very innovative and everything could be done by the app later once the contract is being done. Very affordable price for Paris to store goods. If anyone needs a storage place with trustworthy security, technology and customer service then this is a place. Very impressed and will recommend it to everyone. Imane is a life saver if you don't speak French. Excellent customer service. Thanks!
