Everything went smoothly on the day of storage. Although we were very pressed for time, everything went very well, there were enough trolleys and the elevator worked smoothly.
When we came to collect our belongings on the last day, the elevator wasn't working as it constantly said occupied. We had to find out on which floor the door was not closed. When we solved the elevator problem we couldn't find enough trolleys as 2 of them were loaded with furniture on the 2nd floor. Luckily there were 2 free trolleys and we were able to bring our things to the car.

In general everything was very good, with a bit of room for improvement:
- You have to buy a cylinder lock for 15 euros, which you have to keep afterwards. It would have been better if we could use our own lock because the cylinder lock is then useless to us.
- If the elevator doors have not been fully closed, the elevator becomes unusable, which is annoying.
- Since the elevator and fire doors are self-closing, it is very difficult to push a trolley into the freight elevator when you are alone.
- It would also be better if the trolleys were easier to manoeuvre.

Conclusion: The service is very good despite the minimal need for improvement and we would rent a warehouse here again and again.

Als wir am letzten Tag kamen, um unsere Sachen abzuholen, funktionierte der Aufzug nicht, da es konstant besetzt anzeigte. Wir mussten herausfinden, auf welchem Stockwerk die Tür nicht geschlossen wurde. Als wir das Problem mit dem Aufzug lösten konnten wir nicht genug Trolleys finden, da 2 davon mit Möbeln beladen im 2.OG rumstanden. Zum Glück waren 2 freie Trolleys vorhanden und wir konnten unsere Sachen zum Auto bringen.

Im Allgemeinen war alles sehr gut, mit ein bisschen Verbesserungsbedarf:
- Man muss ein Zylinder Schloss für 15 Euro kaufen, den man danach behalten muss. Es wäre besser gewesen, wenn wir unseren eigenen Schloss benutzen könnten, denn der Zylinderschloss ist danach für uns unbrauchbar.
