Aymeric was extremely pleasant in helping us to work out which unit to rent. He showed us several and very patiently put up with my poor french! He took time to explain everything until we understood. He is a credit to Shurguard and I would not hesitate to recommend the company thanks to Aymeric's outstanding customer service. I would also like to mention Fabrice who went out of his way to help with another matter.

Fantastic service A-Z from the team at both Villeneuve and via phone at marseille.
Moving from a storage in Mougins HOMEBOX to take a better price deal was already a good decision - but the standard of service and help received from as outstanding!!
However on arrival Thomas was super helpful
And made sure we had the best deal also to shit our budget! He was fast and so friendly it was seamless!
Then!! We even just had (I think a manager) call to check all was ok and that we had no further questions (unbelievable!) what a lovely man - he personalized the call with details specific to our experience! Super impressed
Bravo!!
