To find out for sure, I called them and at my request they sent me an email to confirm in writing that I could return my box before the end of the first month and not have any surprise invoices, followed by a reminder of the procedure to follow and the dates to respect.

- 2nd stage use: clean box, trolleys on site, absolutely no problem, everything met my expectations and the staff on site were very friendly and helpful. Which was a plus during my more than stressful moving period.

- 3rd step exit status: very fast, in 3 minutes it was finished. No surprise bill or anything at all, the person who greeted me was very friendly and smiling. It's always pleasant with the struggles I've had during the month.
The keys and the barrel for locking are "gifted" and can be reused for future rental thus removing the handling fee (which is the fee to create these keys and this barrel).

In short, completely satisfied, there is nothing I can fault them for. I highly recommend. Seriously, don't hesitate to call them to make sure your expectations or interpretations of the contract match up. The staff is very helpful!

Mon avis en trois mots après une location pour 1 mois : tout simplement parfait.

Mon retour d'expérience pour chaque étape :
- 1ère étape, la réservation: faite sur le site, très rapide.
Pour ma part, le premier mois de location était réduit au prix des frais de dossiers quelques soit la taille du box. Une offre très intéressante et sans "entourloupe" comme un engagement de plus d'un mois (chose que j'ai pu lire sur des sites d'avis). Pour en avoir le cœur net, je les ai appelé et à ma demande ils m'ont envoyé un mail pour me confirmer par écrit que je pouvais rendre mon box avant la fin du 1er mois et n'avoir aucune facture surprise, suivi d'un rappel sur la procédure à suivre et les dates à respecter.

- 2ème étape l'utilisation : box propre, chariots sur place, absolument aucun problème, tout était conforme à mes attentes et le personnel sur place très aimable et aidant. Ce qui a été un plus dans ma période de déménagement plus que stressante.

- 3ème étape état de sortie : très rapide, en 3 minutes c'était fini. Aucune facture surprise ni rien du tout, la personne m'aillant accueillit était très aimable et souriant. C'est toujours plaisant avec les galères que j'ai eu dans le mois.
Les clés et le baril pour verrouiller sont "offerts" et peuvent être réutilisés pour une location ultérieure retirant ainsi les frais de dossier (qui sont les frais pour créer ces clés et ce baril).

Bref, entièrement satisfait, il n'y a rien que je puisse leur reprocher. Je recommande vivement. Sérieusement, n'hésitez pas à les appeler pour vous assurer que vos attentes ou interprétations du contrat correspondent bien. Le personnel est très aidant !
