Lors de mon changement de box pour une autre location, toutes les modalités de modification du contrat m’ont été expliquées clairement. Malgré plusieurs demandes simultanées et beaucoup de monde à l’accueil, ce jour là elle a su gérer chaque client avk professionnalisme et efficacité, y compris pour des problèmes d’accès ou des bugs techniques. Une excellente ambassadrice de Shurgard auprès des clients.

Pour ce qui est du prix correct surtout la transparence du staf présent pour l’offre a 1€ le premier mois relative à l’offre web, ils expliquent direct et sont pas là que pour chiffrer ou pour notre argent. Et ca c’est très appréciable vraiment belle économie substantielle sur 1 mois.
L’histoire de la revalorisation de quelque pourcent des prix locatifs des box à la baisse ou à la hausse indépendante de leur volonté le jeudi seulement pour un nouveau contrat ensuite le prix reste capé est fixé à la signature et la prise du box. Très bien expliqueé…

Concernant enfin le site des Arnavaux lui-même, il est très bien situé dans Marseille, facilement accessible et particulièrement fonctionnel par rapport à d’autres centres de stockage. La sécurisation du site est également très rassurante.

Ayant auparavant loué un box pendant deux ans et demi chez Shurgard à Éragny dans le Val-d’Oise, et vers Quai d’Ivry dans le 94 je peux objectivement dire que sur le site des Arnavaux, le service et la disponibilité de l’équipe sont sensiblement plus performantes.

Une très bonne expérience que je recommande sans hésitation.

The issue of the rental prices for storage units being adjusted by a few percent, either up or down, independently of their control, only occurs on Thursdays for new contracts. After that, the price remains capped and is fixed at the time of signing and taking possession of the unit. Very well explained…

Finally, regarding the Arnavaux site itself, it is very well located in Marseille, easily accessible, and particularly functional compared to other storage facilities. The site's security is also very reassuring.

Having previously rented a storage unit for two and a half years with Shurgard in Éragny (Val-d'Oise) and near Quai d'Ivry (94), I can objectively say that at the Arnavaux site, the service and availability of the team are significantly better.
