Excellente expérience aujourd’hui sur le site d’Argenteuil, et tout particulièrement grâce à Malek qui nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de professionnalisme.

Très agréable, bienveillant et disponible, il a pris le temps de nous renseigner, de tout nous expliquer clairement et de nous accompagner dans notre démarche malgré une journée visiblement très chargée. Un accueil et un suivi vraiment irréprochables !

Merci également à Ahmed, du site de Noisy-le-Sec, qui m’avait auparavant très bien renseignée et accompagnée par téléphone.

Seul petit bémol à Argenteuil et qui ne concerne absolument pas Malek : il est assez regrettable de constater qu’en cette période particulièrement chargée de déménagements et de rentrée, il soit seul pour assurer à la fois l’accueil des clients et le suivi commercial du site. Une situation qui mériterait sans doute d’être davantage anticipée par la direction, notamment en cas d’absence d’un membre de l’équipe.

Cela rend son professionnalisme et sa disponibilité d’autant plus appréciables.
