(Translated by Google) Clean storage areas and easy to use. Transport aids are available (small trolleys, for example), and there's an elevator to the upper floors. The employee I spoke to was very friendly.
You have to be a little careful with the trolleys because the handles are removable, but otherwise everything went smoothly, and even that doesn't prevent them from being used properly.
