Reviews of Shurgard Cologne Lövenich

(Translated by Google) Jaqueline greeted us upon arrival, she was incredibly friendly and welcoming!

Actually, it all started even earlier when she called to ask if we had any questions and if the check-in time would still work for us.

When we arrived, the lock we had ordered was already ready to use.

Changing rooms to the ground floor was also no problem at all.

Thank you for the fantastic service, it's truly something special!

(Translated by Google) The booking process was transparent and simple. On site, it was possible to drive the van directly to the elevator, and the storage room was also close to the elevator. In addition, three large dollies were available, which made transport even easier.

(Translated by Google) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 stars for Shurgard – and especially for Jaqueline!

Anyone who thinks self-storage is just "open the door, put your stuff in, close the door" hasn't been to Shurgard yet. 😄 From the very first minute, I felt I was in excellent hands. The entire process was professional, straightforward, and pleasant. I'd especially like to commend Jaqueline, who didn't just do her job – she lived it.

With friendliness, expertise, patience, and a good dose of humor, she guided me through everything. Every question was answered clearly, and any uncertainty was immediately addressed. I could tell right away when someone takes their job seriously and also enjoys helping people.

The result: stress-free storage, clear processes, and the peace of mind that my belongings are in safe hands.

Shurgard offers excellent service, but employees like Jaqueline make the crucial difference between "satisfied" and "delighted."

Shurgard offers outstanding service, but employees like Jaqueline make all the difference between "satisfied" and "delighted."

... Thank you so much for the excellent service! If you're looking for storage space and want to be treated competently, friendly, and with a warm welcome, this is the place for you.

Highly recommended and a well-deserved 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

👍 My boxes and belongings have found a new home – and I've had one of the friendliest service experiences I've had in a long time. 😄📦✨
