When I asked her for directions, she generously accompanied me - all the way to my storage area and patiently explained the entire process in English, which was a tremendous help since I'm not well-versed in French and I had never used the self-storage services before.
I'm deeply grateful for this remarkable assistance beyond the regular working hours. It made my first experience not only smooth but also heartwarming.
Apart from that, I want to mention that as to a foreigner it was still very easy to place an order on the website and get the contract by email. The storage itself is handy to access and well ventilated.
