La chargé de clientèle sur Morangis que j'ai eu au téléphone a été néanmoins adorable et m'a au mieux assisté dans mes démarches, mais sans succès. Me voila donc prisonnière du paiement prolongé d'un box 1/4 remplis. N'ayant pas de disponibilité et d'aides avant 10 à 14 jours. De plus je n'ai pas pu accéder à mon box pour récupérer des éléments necessaires à mon voyage sur Londres le soir même.
