Initially, I wanted to arrange everything in person rather than over the phone. But during a call about something completely different, the engaging Zen (if I heard his name correctly) handled the conversation so professionally that within just 5 minutes, I had become a Shurgard customer))))!
I received the contract and appointment confirmation by email while we were still on the phone. At Shurgard Self Storage Bruxelles – Forest, we completed the remaining formalities just as quickly and smoothly.
I’m truly impressed by the level of digitalisation, speed and ease at every stage!
