Premier contact avec Shurgard sur internet où j'ai pu voir les différentes surfaces. Réservation par internet, puis premier contact téléphonique durant lequel ils m'ont expliqué les procédures pour ne pas que je doive y retourner une 2ème fois. Visite des lieux, payer et c'est tout bon. Personnel sympa, j'ai eu les deux responsables au téléphone et sur place, dans deux des langues nationale. Comme sur des roulettes, et les lieux, nickel.
