Edward and Karen at Shurgard Reading were absolutely fantastic in helping and facilitating our booking at Shurgard with arranging the unit swiftly, alongside going above and beyond to help us. They made us highly recommend Shurgard - and having had a bad experience with the Wokingham branch, it is an incredible breath of fresh air to have people who go the extra mile in facilitating our needs! If it was not for them, I would have taken my business elsewhere - thank you both!

Couldn't access the building via the app. This was on a Sunday with no staff on site. Rang helpline number.

I would especially like to give a huge thank you to Eugene, who went above and beyond to help me during what was a very stressful situation. Eugene was so helpful, understanding and supportive, and took the time to make sure I was helped properly. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely goes that extra mile for a customer, and their kindness made such a difference to me when I really needed it.

I had a small storage unit here for over a year. The app made it easy yo pay the monthly invoices.
I have been to the Stevenage branch several times this week to clear my unit.
The weak phone signal in the area mean’t that I could access the building via the app.
I had to repeatedly ask one of the two young ladies on reception (different ones on different days) who couldn’t have been more helpful.
A great experience that I was not expecting!

I was helped by the manager Shan last week. His service was amazing. Very helpful, polite and made the process very straightforward. Today I came in to book the unit and I was happy to see Shan again who sorted out all the paperwork in no time. Happy with the unit and site was lovely and clean. This is what I call excellent customer service from the manager Shan.

Could not be happier with the service provided by Thaj here. I went in to see sizing and layout and Thaj was super helpful and walked me through everything. I signed right up with his help.
