I recently used Shurgard Self Storage in Luton, and I can honestly say it has been a great experience from start to finish. If anyone is looking for a safe, reliable, and reasonably priced storage facility, I would definitely recommend this place.

I have to say your staff member shanice is amazing at Luton I've never used a self storage unit before I didn't know how it worked and she was so helpful and so friendly she gave me the run down and how I can access my unit she was amazing I highly recommend if you use the Luton branch ask for shanice she's AMAZING 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I had a genuinely great experience with Shurgard Luton and wanted to highlight the staff who made the whole process smooth and stress free.
Tony from the sales team was extremely helpful on the phone. He explained the pricing, the best unit size for my needs, and all the technicalities clearly, without making me feel pressured to book. It was refreshing to speak with someone who was both knowledgeable and patient.
Ravi from the Leicester store assisted me over the phone when I needed to change my move in date. He handled everything quickly and efficiently and made sure I knew exactly what to do on the day.
At the Luton store, Céilí-Lia was fantastic. She helped orient me on arrival, added someone to my unit access, processed my lock return, and made the whole check in process effortless. She was friendly, professional, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping which made such a difference.
I even told my partner how impressed I am with Shurgard overall. The company is clearly doing a great job recruiting customer facing staff who actually care about providing effective, high quality service which is something that feels increasingly rare these days. I truly hope the staff are remunerated well because they are the reason I chose Shurgard in the end.
Additionally I'm pleased with the price and the town center location.

I downloaded the app and Chris set up the access stuff for me.
Moved stuff into the unit this weekend, was really easy with trolleys provided.
