I had a small storage unit here for over a year. The app made it easy yo pay the monthly invoices.
I have been to the Stevenage branch several times this week to clear my unit.
The weak phone signal in the area mean’t that I could access the building via the app.
I had to repeatedly ask one of the two young ladies on reception (different ones on different days) who couldn’t have been more helpful.

I can't fault the service I received when I decided to hire a locker here, the place is extremely clean and the staff are friendly. After viewing a few different companies in the area Shurgard was by far the best in my opinion.

Called them and discussed circumstances, were very cooperative and were able to find a suitable deal for me, ended up changing storage locations. On move in day Chris was very helpful. Do wish they had better trolleys as they are very hard to manoeuvre.

Very easy to secure a storage online. Customer service has been excellent, and I had to change the size of my storage and the lady on reception was very helpful . No issues and would highly recommend. Also the price is very competitive and the cheapest I found.

Took on a unit yesterday and wanted to change it to a large one than we'd selected online. Chris sorted this straight away and was incredibly helpful.

We’ve had a great experience with Shurgard while storing belongings during a house move.
Chris was brilliant when we first visited to make enquiries. He took the time to explain everything clearly and showed us around the available units and helping us to work out what size we might need, making the whole process feel straightforward and reassuring.
When we returned, Chris wasn’t there, but Shanice was absolutely amazing. She showed us the units currently available, answered all our questions and got everything booked for us there and then.
Both were friendly, helpful and genuinely lovely to deal with. Moving house is stressful enough, so having such helpful people make this part of the process so easy was really appreciated. Thank you Chris and Shanice!

I just got a unit here. Two reasons: 1- the price is good and even better 2- staff is amazing and very helpful. Shanice and Chris gave me the information I needed, helped me think about my storage needs and both are always friendly and approachable.

Absolutely brilliant experience at Shurgard Self. The manager, Ceili-Lea, was amazing extremely friendly, professional and helpful throughout. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted and made the whole experience really easy.
Her co-worker Shanice was also great and very welcoming. Both of them provided excellent customer service and were a pleasure to deal with.
I would definitely recommend Shurgard to anyone looking for a storage facility. Great service from a great team! 👏

Stevenage I have found to be the best storage I have come across.

Great experience with a self storage unit here. Had a few questions and Mark was really friendly and helpful and answered them all, as well as telling me other really useful information.

When we visited to look around as we didn't know what size unit we needed & Mark showed us round & talked us through the process & help us set up the app. Also when we got our box we got a free pad lock for the unit which is really good quality. Monthly costing was very reasonable & we can upgrade or downgrade unit size any time we like.
