We used a unit here for just over a year whilst clearing out part of our home. The facility is excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. The automated entry systems makes the coming and going super easy. Will definitely use again if the need arises.

After having issues with my access code for a few months, I popped into branch on Friday 7th Nov and spoke with Nikki about the issue. She done her absolute hardest and everything she could to get me up and running again. Can't fault Nikki. She's been brilliant from the start with getting me set up back in April/May. Didn’t wait too long to be answered. Very polite on the phone and answered all my queries. Amy even told me where a local Shurgard was to buy boxes etc from. As the one in Ewell doesn’t have a shop anymore
