Had a great experience with Paige and the team at Longwell Green. Turned up and within 10 minutes all the paperwork was sorted, and had access to my storage unit. The team are incredibly friendly, and nothing was too much hassle!

Shurgard is set up very well. Made moving house a lot cheaper and in my opinion easier than booking movers. Saved around £1200 by using Shurgard, great team at the Longwell Green branch in Bristol

Used previously when they were Lok n store and I have to say the security and access is very much improved for the better. Paige was very helpful when I popped in to get my ID verified and then helped us set up the app and show how to use on both my phone and my daughters. My husband then decided he did want to use the app as well so we popped back in and Nikki very kindly set this up. Very friendly and helpful staff as always and would not hesitate to recommend the Longwell Green branch!

From the time I arranged storage with Shurguard Longwell Green, I had a call from Paige to welcome me and check if I had any questions and we made arrangements for me to come in the the following day where Nikki went through everything in detail. This is customer service to the highest level. Throughout the time I was there both Paige and Nikki were totally amazing, always helpful, always welcoming and friendly (even when I lost my keys) I cannot recommend them enough, other companies should take a leaf from their book when it comes to customer service which is world class. Thanks so much Paige and Nikki, see you again most definitely.

Went in today to talk about my storage and the fact that I didn’t really need such a big unit anymore. Nicki was very helpful and identified the smaller unit, which is much more cost-effective. Definitely recommend going and talking to her if you have any questions regarding the right kind of storage unit for your needs.

Very modern and clean storage rooms with access via an app. Staff member Paige gave a great introduction and couldn't have been more helpful. Highly recommended!

Paige couldn’t have been more helpful. I arrived just before closing on Tuesday but she very kindly stayed late to sort out my contract and show me the storage space. The space was clean and easy to access, and there were trolleys and lifts to help with the unpacking. A very secure space and the out of hours access is a huge bonus. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

If you're looking for a clean, efficient and secure place to store your things, you won't go wrong here. We had our things here for months and between the price, location to shippers and such, it couldn't have been a better choice... can't recommend it enough.
Not to mention the staff: Amy in particular was a joy to deal with! So knowledgeable and friendly (she endured my seemingly endless stream of questions with a smile and always provided a helpful response): she made spending a weekend sorting through boxes in a storage locker surprisingly bearable. Thank you so much! 🙂

Went today to start using our storage that I had sorted out over the phone, Nikki helped me with understanding how much the storage I had was able to store and then gave me advice on what offers they had available and was able to upgrade the storage I originally had organised to have. Really helpful and very patient with my 2 children that were very hyper and excited

Looking at previous reviews and now my own I think the majority of us believe Nikki has been exceptional. When I phone about a query she immediately knows who it is. (That could be the bristolian accent) 😊 but more than likely knowing the customers on a more friendly bases. Moving my belongings into storage because of my housing situation hasnt been a nice task but it's made so much easier with this kind of service. I thank you all at Shurgard for being so kind, considerate and a genuine pleasure to work with. I look forward to when I pop in to move something to/or from my unit. Sincerely, thank you

We called the helpline number as we were having difficulty entering the correct code to open the entrance gate, we were greeted by a lovely woman named Nikki, who gave us the answers we needed and was polite while doing so. -5 stars to Nikki! She is a credit to the company and as the first human touch point for a new customer gave a really good first impression.

We came into the Bristol branch today and saw Nikki who was very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. She asked about what goods we needed to store and showed us two units to compare the sizes. She explained everything we needed to know and was very helpful. Would highly recommend.
