The staff at shurgard are amazing! Friendly and welcoming. I had an initial start and end date, due to external issues, I contacted the team and they were all on hand assist with the extension of the extra days I needed. She sorted it all out without any hassle and created a new booking straight away. She also called my the next day to check all was ok. Thank you Amy!

Paige was very helpful when I called. I could not access the Southampton facility using the app and Paige was patient, friendly and helpful to explain how I would access in, throughout and back out again. I felt confident and safe being on site with no staff around, in person. I also left knowing the facility was closed correctly for others afterwards.

Fantastic service from all the staff at Shurgard Longwell Green especially Nikki who was always extremely helpful and informative from my first interaction with her and Paige who we also saw several times and was also really friendly at every visit. The units were all very clean and the access system is user friendly and helps to feel like your storage is secure. Easy to book a unit online even at short notice too. Would definitely use again if needed in future.

First time using a storage unit and Shurgard couldn’t make it easier! The app and the unlock system to be able to enter the building is so easy to use and did give peace of mind that my items were safe. Used for 3 months with first month just £1, no issues with my furniture. All the staff that I met were very friendly and incredibly helpful. Only issue is when booking, the size of the unit was correct (did go for smallest one) however the image they gave showed a rectangle shape unit which would of fit my furniture a lot easier but unit given was a square shape so Tetris style maths was required! Would 100% use again if needed a storage unit in the future

We hired a storage unit when we were emptying a house and needed somewhere to store some furniture. The hiring process was easy. We could visit the unit whenever we wished during the day/evening, even when staff were not there. The unit was clean and dry. Access was easy to use. I would definitely use again.
