Really positive experience with Shurgard so far. Nikki has been absolutely lovely and really helpful from the start, explaining everything clearly and making the whole process very easy. The app for gaining access and unlocking the doors is brilliant too, so simple and convenient to use. Really happy with the service and would definitely recommend!

Fantastic customer service from Paige who helped us rent a unit at short notice and made the process easy and efficient. She was so helpful and friendly. She showed us the size options in the warehouse and explained everything clearly. Nikki has also been helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Went to buy some moving boxes, the staff were very helpful with recommending the sizes and amount but also let me know about the no refund policy so I didn't buy too many!

We hired a larger unit for 6 months whilst we moved home. The staff were helpful when I first approached Shurgard for a quote and advice; showing me around the site and explaining how the leasing worked. When I took on the unit, they guided me through the features on the App and how to access the unit; especially out of hours.
A couple of times during the 6 months lease, Shurgard contacted me to make sure all was going ok.
When I gave notice due to completing the move, again Nikki was helpful in explaining how to vacate and leave the unit, as well as offering some leeway if things didn't go to plan.
Overall, an excellent and professional experience.

My experience with Surguard Longwell Green was 5 stars. The people i spoke to were friendly and helpful (Paige and Nikki). They help you set up the app. When i wanted to downsize units they did it when i asked and explained the process. Then when i gave them my 15 days notice they explained how it works and what to do. If i need a storage unit again it will be from here.

Fantastic customer service and a very modern access control system. Everything from outer gate to lift door is controlled from your phone. The staff are courteous, friendly and actively work to find solutions to problems. This is the third storage company I've interacted with over the years but certainly the best.

Great storage facility in a convenient location with good access and plenty of parking. A special mention to the amazing Paige who went above and beyond to help me when I had been sent with the wrong keys to our unit. Compassionate, calm and incredibly helpful.
