I have just booked my first ever storage room in Warrington Shurgard last night.
Had some issues with online identity check but when I have visited the office in the morning, I have been welcom with the smile on Lukes face. I have explained my problem and Luke sorted everything out for me without any problem.
Then he showed me the facilities and explained everything to me.
I was lovely surprised how I was treated by Luke. Thank you.

Just joined the company for a unit whilst I’m deep cleaning my house before a house move - I drove there after work to verify my ID - Luke & the two trainee’s were really helpful and I was in and out within 10 minutes. The sign up was easy, fast, and I love how secure the whole building is with access via a wireless token on my phone. 10/10 guys thank you!

Recently opened a unit there. The reception staff member (apologies I don't know his name) is really friendly and helpful. The place is clean and feels very secure with an app key card, that only lets you up to your own floor. Cheaper than other storage places I've seen also!
