My name is Bronwyn Field. I contacted your company today to arrange a storage unit. I had already received a contract via email for a 25 sq foot unit. We decided it was too small. Michelle took my call and we are very happy to do take a unit with your company as in the manner that I was treated by Michelle. Michelle answered my questions and saw to my needs in a very professional manner. Very friendly. If I was to rate Michelle on a customer care level , I would rate Michelle a 10.
