I arrived today on 15/04 to arrange my storage . Bit of confusion as my daughter had arranged it but Robbie and Sarah were so helpful and put all the paperwork correctly and I apologised for the mix up but nothing was too much trouble for them

FROM SAM: I want to commend, congratulate and thank superb ROBBIE at Shurgard Basildon for his outstanding service, unwavering courtesy, incredible initiative, massive customer focus and hugely helpful support to me as a new customer moving in to Basildon. In a recent time-pressured situation with logistics preventing a Basildon visit to scan ID contract documents, issue room key and code for store app usage before move deadline and weekend office close, Robbie assured me he could solve my issues so I would successfully onboard at Basildon later that day. To my amazement and his credit, he made multiple phone calls to various parties co-opting a manager at an alternative Shurgard branch closer to me to act as proxy on his behalf. The superb and very helpful duty manager (IBS) at the nearer store kindly processed my physical documents in person, confirmed contract details and explained new app and lock up processes, having emailed my docs to Robbie per his instructions so I was ready to meet my Basildon move timing. Additionally, Robbie then researched and advised train and bus route options so I could reach his store without a car. Outstanding! Robbie at Shurgard epitomises going multiple extra miles for a customer and embodies the very best qualities of expert sales professionalism: total customer focus, managerial thinking outside the box, respectful tone and reassuring courtesy, problem resolution, rapid solution delivery, helpfulness and successfully steering customer and Shurgard to a win/win outcome under time pressure. Very well done Shurgard team and a huge thank you again to the brilliant Robbie for giving me a flying start as a new customer. Well done dude! 👏

Great experience with Sarah at Shurgard. Being a novice at hiring a lock up, Sarah showed us around the lock up size prior to signing the contract to make sure was the correct size. The process was seamless. Super quick and easy to get into the lock up, with great security. Thank you Sarah
