I filled out the online form to obtain a storage unit. Very simple and fast. The unit was near enough ready straight away. It gave me my unit number and when I got to the unit, I asked at the office the location of it. All very very easy. The staff at the unit were very helpful and friendly. Fully recommend them.

First time using a storage unit and there was a member of staff on site to show us where the unit was located and how to access. A welcome bag was waiting in the unit for us as well.

Super helpful staff, from my initial consultations to arriving at the unit, the ladies at the units were lovely and I’ve even had a follow up email and call to check everything was okay. The app is also very easy to use!

Absolute breeze from start to finish with booking and using the storage unit whilst we move. Aldershot branch, Carol on reception was so polite, and showed us a couple of options size wise for units, no pressure to have the bigger one.

Totally easy and efficient - Lok’nStore are competitively priced with storage units in all sizes available. Easy to change unit size on the day if you find you need more/less space. Clean, dry and easy loading in and out of units too.
