Absolutely amazing service from Cole! This is my second time with Shurgard and Cole has been fantastic again. He's everywhere you need him, always friendly and happy to help. He's a huge asset to the team. I'd 100% recommend Shurgard for both short and long term storage, just ask for Cole if you can! 😊

Staff were exceedingly helpful especially Rachel. She took time to show me the different unit sizes as I wasn't sure of the size I needed. She explained all my options, and when I needed to downsize later on she made the process very easy. Very impressed with the cleanliness and dryness of the units as this was something I had been worried about. Highly recommend them if you are looking for a storage unit.

We have used this storage facility regularly over the last few years. The staff team are what make this such a nice place to come to. Carmen especially can't do enough for you. Friendly, warm and professional, and especially patient when I couldn't work the new technology! If ever we need storage facilities again we will be back.
