I had a very positive experience with Shurgard. I accidentally forgot to opt out of my storage plan on time, which could have resulted in an additional charge. Neil, the Cluster Manager, listened patiently, understood my situation, and kindly helped resolve the issue so that I did not have to pay the extra amount.
His professionalism, understanding, and excellent customer service made a stressful situation much easier for me. I am genuinely grateful to Neil for his support and would highly recommend Shurgard to anyone looking for reliable storage and a helpful team. Thank you again, Neil!

Great service. I booked online and telephone for my daughter and friends to store their uni stuff between years so only needed for couple weeks. Worked out the cheapest in the area with insurance cover. The room is plenty big enough for 4 girls stuff (50sf) it’s fantastic that each girl could have an app for access to the unit.
Wendy on the phone was so helpful and had answers to the questions we had and Cole was great on move in day too. Highly recommended and if prices are as good next year I’m Sure we’ll be returning customers.

The front desk help was superb today. I visited with my mother having not been here for a couple of years and Wendy at front desk helped us step through the new security system. She had comprehensive knowledge of how it works and got us going in no time.

Cheap no hassle storage signed up online in minutes and picked the storage online with no hidden fees and a nice lady called Wendy chased up with a courtesy/ welcome call no hard sale very friendly and courtiess would highly recommend
