Used this facility to store household effects while moving house and storing them while refurbishing the new home.Storage unit was easy to access with plenty of trollies to move in and out. Staff on site were always available during normal working hours and they were always very polite and helpful. We would have no hesitation in recommending this site . Thank You

Very good and clean storage. Lovely and friendly team members, especially Sue who was very helpful. She helped with reducing my monthly storage invoice from £120 to £55 per month by suggesting a smaller storage unit corresponding to my storage items. Overall satisfied with the service.

I had a really positive experience with Shurgard Self Storage Southampton and found the whole process straightforward and stress-free.
I called beforehand with a few questions about access and opening times, and the staff were very friendly and helpful on the phone. The app is simple to use and made accessing the unit really easy. Being able to access the storage between 7am and 9pm was a big advantage compared to other places.
The facility itself is clean, tidy, modern, and feels very secure. I purchased a lock through Shurgard and they left it ready for me inside the unit, which was really convenient on a busy moving day.
I was also impressed that they followed up with a call after the weekend to check everything had gone smoothly once I’d moved my belongings in.
Overall, a very smooth experience with great customer service. I’d definitely recommend them.

From the first day when we went into the office, the staff were friendly, knowledgeable & very helpful. When we received an excellent quote for a storage unit, we signed up immediately. On the few occasions that we popped into the office, again the staff were excellent. We will use Shurgard Southampton again & would definitely recommend them to friends.

We used this location for nearly a year, from when it started as Lok'n'Store to the change to Shurgard. Thankfully they kept the team, and they are all absolutely amazing. Shurgard were lucky to take them on, they really know how to make customers feel great -so a big shout out to Jack, Dan, Sue and especially Mackenzie who on our last day was really supportive, and helpful in making everything end well for us.
