The team at Ashford are amazing. We've had a few units over the last 18 months due to moving home and downsizing. Each time we've been in there is always a warm welcome, service that's professional and made up of a dedicated knowledgeable team. No question is too random nor request too challenging, if they don't know the answer they are happy to find out. It is probably a bit sad to say it but I will miss coming up here. Thanks Team Shurgard Ashford!

Staff extremely friendly and helpful especially if you forget your key and have to remove the lock!The storage place was clean and well kept. A simple process to sign up and hand back the storage ( only required a 7 day notice period- in writing)

The website is easy to use and provides lots of great information on the locker sizes, also had a phone call from the venue to discuss everything tonmake sure my requirements had been met.
When visiting the venue for the first time, the team completed the final set up of everything, went through all the instructions and rules for the venue.
All in geel my items are safe in a very well set up venue and the information provided was excellent. Thoroughly recommend using this company to store you items

Units are clean and dust free, whole place is generally well maintained and looked after.
Can also recommend making use of the Hertz 24/7 van on site if you need it. Big van and only £29 for 2hrs.

A lovely friendly staff greet you, they give you all the advice you need and very helpful. Showed you around and how to works things. Any queries they are anyways at the end of the phone or email. They sort the best deals for you. I would recommend to friends and family and would definitely use again.

I honestly can’t rate this branch of Lok’nStore highly enough. Putting your life’s collections and belongings into storage can be a very scary experience but the team here have been absolutely wonderful. They are reassuring, helpful and as much as they possibly can be are accommodating, they are polite and welcoming. Okay so it does help that they are a bunch of dog lovers too, but genuinely I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone….in fact I have done so and my friend who now uses them is every bit as happy as I am with the experience. Well done guys and thank you big time.

Fab service from Sarah at Ashford recently, very quickly I was given information regarding a unit I was after and extremely satisfied with how well explained the whole process is. I will be heading down this week to settle the final things to store with them.
