Excellent experience storing stuff for the first time. Easy to book online. When you get there you are shown to your storage space. Two big lifts and plenty of trolleys on site make moving your belongings really easy. You can buy a lock or bring your own. You can also buy storage boxes. Many thanks to Trudy for making everything less stressful!

Robert that we arranged the locker was great! My mum had not long died & I was overwhelmed about how much stuff we had from the house clearance. He was really lovely/kind as well as being professional, which I was very grateful for as I was snuggling with the loss of mum still. He showed us all the different locker sizes, explained changing sizes mid contract if needed, gave really clear instructions about cancelling, opening times etc.
The lockers are well lit, clean, dry, easy to access & have plenty of space outside each one to unload/sort stuff. You can take the big trollies right up to the car boot to unload, they're ok to manoeuvre around & you unload right by your locker door so there's no heavy carrying. The only thing we found was, when it was really hot outside (28 degrees+) & we had to sort stuff in the locker for a fair length of time, that we got very hot!
It's been an absolute godsend!

Easy experience: extremley helpful and friendly staff in Dover. I have had regular contact to ensure both the setup of the storage and the handing back were problem-free. Admittedly, the special offer of £1 for a month drew me to use the company for storage of my furniture while building work in my property was taking place. The storage was in immaculate condition, dropping off stuff was simple and convenient, and the cheerful staff have made the entire process a pleasure. I would definitely recommend.
