Shan is really helpful as I lost my keys, he should how to use the app where it is much easier to come in and out. He was very patient with me as I am not very tec minded and had difficultly accessing the app. I have had storage with shurgard for years and had no issues would recommend

I was helped by the manager Shan last week. His service was amazing. Very helpful, polite and made the process very straightforward. Today I came in to book the unit and I was happy to see Shan again who sorted out all the paperwork in no time. Happy with the unit and site was lovely and clean. This is what I call excellent customer service from the manager Shan.

The manager Shan was most helpful today. He was very helpful, polite and enthusiastic when he showed me around. The site was clean and well maintained. Plenty of parking with easy access using an app. I spotted many cctv cameras so the place is secure. Great job Shan
