Terry and Amanda was fantastic and very helpful.

Arrived at the facility and was met by Amanda, I was enquiring about renting a unit, but was unsure of size. Amanda was courteous and professional explained my options, showed me the units, she is a credit to Shurgard, I was also struck at the cleanliness of the site, definitely recommend to anyone looking at self storage, thanks a million Amanda.

Fantastic experience here today lovely new building and really attentive staff especially Terry who's the manager he explained the process of storing with them which was easy to understand.
I will definitely be returning to store with them and take advantage of shurgards very competitive prices and would recommend to friends and family.

Great service from start to finish!
I recently moved into this storage facility and had such a smooth, stress-free experience. The staff were friendly, professional, and really helpful throughout the whole process. Terry in particular was amazing — he explained everything clearly, made sure I got the right unit for what I needed, and made the whole move-in super easy. The place is clean, secure, and well organised. I’d definitely recommend to anyone looking for storage!

I got there around 5pm on the 6th Friday there was a guy named Omar and another lady at the reception starting from the connection was so poor that I couldn’t finish processing my full unit, we had to keep going outside to try and catch internet, they close at 6pm and Omar was trying to help me complete my case with minimal work and poor customer service was absolutely horrible I understand they closed in an hour however that was not an excuse for their poor attitude, Omar showed me my unit and was finishing processing the rest of my information into the system when it was about 5:40 pm my information was nearly complete except the final step which was the main having access to be lift in the morning as there is no one at the reception until 9, I soon went to the lift to check my code before the morning and it wasn’t working soon I see the lights turn off and the door behind me shut, the we’re also another 2 men inside the building am sure they were customers too! Turns out Omar and the lady both left the building and decided to leave us there without checking because they decided they couldn’t give an absolute damn about who is left or who isn’t left on the building they didn’t bother coming back and checking, me and the other 2 guys kept knocking the door I called out and no one this is absolutely irresponsible poor effort and unsafe because anything could or happened if you want to get yourself a unit don’t bother coming to this branch your better of going somewhere else, if you don’t have the patience to deal with people simple don’t work with customer service your mostly better at home relaxing then taking people as a joke.
