when for the first time super easy to make appointment super fast process and i change the storage took bigger one and it was very fast specially the guy named Zeeshan he was very helpful and explained me everything really appreciated for the service which i got

The manager Elton was welcoming, patient and thorough when answering my queries and showing me various unit sizes which helped me tremendously in selecting the unit most suitable for me. The site was very clean, well maintained and with good access times.

The team at Jenkins Lane are brilliant. Especially Elton he was friendly and professional throughout!!! Can not rate them highly enough!!!!

They are so helpful in every shape of the way they walked me around show me how to access an exit the building they are so kind I would highly recommend it to anyone

Hi, Elton and Rebecca were very helpful and friendly took the time to show me around the storage rooms even managed to swap the original one I rented to another one that was closer to the lift easier access.
If you need storage space that's clean and flexible terms I highly recommend that you visit this place where you would be greeted by very friendly and helpful staff Elton and Rebecca .

The staff member who was on site was really helpful he showed me step-by-step how to use the process this is what I call professional staff really polite.

My storage was quickly prepared for my arrival and I couldn't be more grateful. It was also easy to book online whereas many others competitive brands require a call first and I was need of a quick solution. Many thanks to Elton and the staff working during this time on Sunday 21st Jan!

I booked a small unit via the £1 month offer and the service received via Elton over the phone to let me know something had gone wrong with the website straight away was great. He even changed my move in date appointment at last minute notice without any hassle for me. Rebecca was a beautiful lady who helped with my move walking me through everything in detail and very simply. Both of them really made my move in super easy and very grateful.
