We walked in at Bloomsbury branch and a very warm guy welcomed us. Keenan was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating, answered all our queries well and signed us up very quickly. Everything was a breeze. Am so pleased with his dedication to work. He is awesome! Hope to see more people with his expertise working around.

Shurgard self storage are incredibly lucky to have Tony working for them at their Bloomsbury branch Not only is he an extremely professional manager, but without doubt the most efficient ,reliable, supportive, and kind member of staff that I have come across in all my years of using storage facilities, and other services. He is an asset to Shurgard, nothing is ever too much for him to sort out or correct. It is rare to receive and find such amazing customer service these days.

Excellent service and location - prices are far and on par with London sadly - but Tony was one of the kindest, knowledgeable, easy going individuals ever who worked tirelessly and efficiently for me and every other customer I happened to see before or after me. Can not rate or recommend Tony highly enough. The company could be terrible for all I know but a 13/5 customer service experience.

I found this facility very helpful in being able to sort out personal belongings. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The receptionist is exceptional for customer service. The units are in good condition and the premises are well located for central London. Storage accessories are also available to purchase.

Amazing customer service, they replied all my queries promptly, and helped me ship all my luggages overseas in the midst of a pandemic and national lockdown. Extremely helpful staff who went out of their way to help me, would 100% recommend.

Procedure for booking a storage room and making the contract was simple and quick with a staff member who was polite and friendly. I was shown the room and given the lock and 2 keys and codes for entering the building. Everywhere was clean and well maintained.

City Space Bloomsbury has tremendous customer service. They always respond quickly and are willing to help in whatever way they can. I had to move out of a UCL dorm suddenly before flights back home were shut down. I lead to leave all my things in my room. When I got back to the US, it just took an email for them to coordinate with Universal Drops to give them permission to enter my unit without me present. Furthermore, when I discovered I needed my things from my unit sent back to the US, again it only took an email to Pav for them to let Universal Drops go through my things like I had asked to send it all home. Without City Space Bloomsbury’s flexibility and quick response, my things would still be in Ramsay Hall. They made the process so seamless and easy. I can’t recommend them enough!

Truly outstanding service. In particular, Pav and Jason are extremely helpful and flexible in their approach. They are a credit to the buisness. Because of them, I cannot recommend CItySpace highly enough. The Facility is very clean and secure and is both easy to use and accessible to vehilces up to 2.45M in height. And, there are various sizes of unit available catering for most storage requirements. If only service was this good generally in the UK! I cannot thank Pav and Jason enough.

I can't recommend this place enough. The customer service is excellent as I had to store some stuff there as I am conducting fieldwork. The prices are a bit more than other places, but the quality and peace of mind is worth it. I've stored at Access Storage and did not receive the same level of attention and care that I have here. If you need storage space, go here!
