Huge shoutout to the store manager, Ibs. She was absolutely brilliant. She got my contract sorted so quickly and she actually took the time to make sure I understood all the fine print and how everything worked.

I’m not one to do reviews but I had to do one for ibs; she was very polite and efficient. A simple hello and a smile on her face from when I walked in and she took it away from there. I was real impressed with her! She really does give a name to her store manager role!

Karen was really friendly and helpful when signing up a storage for me. She was very knowledgeable of the storage conditions throughout the year and could advise me on how to best store my sensitive belongings. Cheaper than competitors and great access times.
