Had a most positive experience with Shurgard’s Camden branch; had the pleasure of being assisted by Marwan who provided a most efficient service, while maintaining an affable and welcoming demeanour. He was exceedingly accommodating and patient and enabled the smooth commencement of my storage with Shurgard.

Had a fantastic experience with Shurgard in Kings Cross. The location is incredibly easy to access, just a short walk from the station, which made the whole visit stress-free from start to finish. The guys there were brilliant: friendly, professional, and clearly know their stuff. They took the time to understand exactly what I needed and delivered above and beyond what I expected.
What really stood out was the attention to detail and the genuine care they put into the service. No corners cut, no rushing, just proper quality work and a team that actually enjoys what they do. The space itself is clean, welcoming, and well organised, which made the whole thing feel relaxed and effortless.
Pricing was fair for the quality on offer, communication was spot on throughout, and I left feeling completely looked after. Highly recommend to anyone in the Kings Cross area looking for a reliable, top-tier service. I’ll definitely be back, and I’ve already started telling friends about them. Five stars without hesitation.
