I’ve had a really positive experience with Shurgard Chadwell Heath, and a big part of that is down to Khalid. He has been incredibly helpful, professional and welcoming every time I’ve dealt with him.

Khalid genuinely goes above and beyond to help, takes the time to explain everything clearly, and always makes you feel like a valued customer. His customer service is excellent and he’s a real asset to the team.

Staff like Khalid deserve to be recognised and rewarded for the effort they put in. I’d definitely recommend Shurgard Chadwell Heath

This is the second time I have come across Khalid. First time at Shurgard Bow when I used to store in 2024. He actually remembered and I still remember the brilliant service he provided then and the same level of service this time around. Seeing him made up my mind on wanting to store here and not with Access nearby or Safestore. Highly recommend the store and more importantly Khalid.

A great storage container. Completely managed electronically. Including the app, which once you get the hang of it, did actually work flawlessly. Shurgard offers clean containers, with trolleys and easy to load lifts.
