Excellent dealing with staff from the Kentish Town team who accommodated a visit to the Chalk Farm at short notice. Special mention and great service from Annette who showed me around and gave me very able guidance on the most suitable unit and the registration process.

Darren and Annette were absolutely outstanding staffs in Shurgard Kentish Town that manage the Chalk Farm store too. They were calm, patient, and genuinely supportive, providing exactly the help I needed when it mattered most. Both were not only highly professional and capable, but also warm, friendly, and approachable throughout the entire experience. I had such a great experience with this storage facility! Annette and Dean were absolutely amazing and so friendly, helpful, and patient from start to finish. They made everything super easy to understand and went out of their way to make sure I got exactly what I needed. It’s not often you come across people who genuinely care and make the whole process stress-free. Huge thanks to both of them for being so lovely and professional, I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for reliable storage and great customer service!

So far so great. I haven't used the unit but I have rented from Shurgard in the past and know that its very easy once you get in there. Tony helped me over the phone to book some storage space and it was a breeze. Thank you very much!
