Tim and Cem, couldn’t have been more helpful. At the time of renting they helped find us the right size unit at their lowest available price and were also professional, knowledgeable and polite through our use of storage

The experience rather pleasant, from the phone call with Molly, to the interaction with the Gents, Lukas, Timothy, and Cem. They explained everything really well and made my check in process rather smooth. They also indulged me in some great conversation and we shared some humor. I'll definitely recommend as a great place for anyone looking for self storage.

Everything here has been so smooth from start to finish. Always been easily accessed and trolley available which is all you need. Only reason for leaving is moving house. Tim was incredibly friendly and helpful with everything I’ve ever needed.

It’s my first time here; I thought it would be complicated, but it’s actually very simple.

I really like that staff member named Tim—he speaks so gently and patiently explains how to use everything and which door to take. The whole process is great.😊😊

Tim is a most courteous and personable young man…
His interpersonal skills are second to none
He happily showed me some of the different sizes that were offered including measurements…
He answered questions and shared information etc.
I was very happy to have met with him on this particular occasion…
I am hoping to move by the end of year (with any luck), and feel certain to hire one of these units…
Kind regards
Sandra Parker

Tim at the Highams Park Shurgard has been a massive help, really recommend his service. Our unit got us out of a tough bind in the midst of a remodel, and he dealt with our ever-changing deadline and move-out date with zero stress and lots of empathy for our sob story 😂
Thanks, Tim!
