Shurgard was fantastic, and it really made our storage experience smooth. With so much luggage to bring back to London, we decided to use storage. Mani totally got what we needed and offered us the best deal. Also, he explained the overall process and showed us the storage and how to get in in detail. I loved his empathy and customer service skills; I was so glad because I had looked into a few other storage places beforehand, and they were way pricier in London.

We have used Shurgard Chiswick for the past year for our day to day storage needs, we are very happy with the service and the facilities. Recently we moved flat and needed a large unit for a period to bridge. Shams at Chiswick has been fantastic helping us through with flexibility and an outstanding service mind.

I recently used a storage facility in Chiswick and overall had a good experience, especially with the customer service. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful, and the storage unit itself was clean and well-maintained.
The only issue I had was with the key system. They gave me a special type of key that I didn’t even know how to use, and it wasn’t the kind of key you can easily keep or reuse. It felt unnecessary, especially when other storage companies simply let customers buy their own standard lock and key.
Update: After mentioning the issue, Mani from customer service called me directly to follow up. He was genuinely concerned, very patient, and completely committed to resolving the problem and making sure I was happy. Thanks to his excellent customer care, I feel reassured and appreciated as a customer.
Overall, the facility is clean and the staff are friendly, and thanks to Mani’s outstanding support, I would definitely return in the future. In fact, I’ve already recommended the company to others — my friend has just made a reservation at the North Acton branch.

Great temporary solution for me on my relocation. Val and Shams were really helpful. The site was safe and easy to navigate even outside of staff working hours. Great value for a couple of weeks rental with good access being by Chiswick roundabout.
