Had a really great experience with Shurgard! Mani was super helpful and made sure everything was sorted in the best way possible. He made the whole process easy and stress-free.

Since I became a customer in May they have been super helpful and have followed up with me about everything even after the unit sale was secured.
I came into the contract with low expectations just because of the business model of storage but I am glad I chose Shurgard over other options.

The team was very friendly and understanding, I spoke with Manny on the phone asking for help with my storage and information thinking that it would be a total chaos and inconvenience but instead it was really reassuring and easy to understand. Also the fact that this storage is open until 9pm rather than 6pm like many others is also an amazing detail about this place. Overall great experience !

Shams and Val are a credit to the company. Nothing has been too much trouble. There was no hard sell and they spent time showing us different options and explaining the costs. We now today have our unit confident that if we need any more help, they will be thereto offer it.

I have used storage facilities many times to transition house moves etc. This new facility is brilliant. So clean! Shams and Mani have helped me multiple times solves practical issues which arose by making creative suggestions to solve my issues. They are both great professionals and committed to delivering great service. Highly recommend.

The complex is secure and clean. I’m confident my belongings wii be safe. Highly recommend these guys if you ever need storage short or long term use this well run company. Cheers

My first time using a storage facility like this. Mani and Sham were really helpful and friendly, I felt comfortable. Easy access and parking. No problem getting my boxes to the unit, actually quite a fun experience and very satisfying! House staging, so helpful to store even only a few boxes for a short while

We had to book a storage in a rush last minute and the whole experience with Shurgard was so smooth that it really helped with a very stressful situation. The building is clean, the app works well to unlock doors and give access out of staffing hours, and during staffing hours Mani and Paul were very helpful with support. Considering that the storage is accessible out of standard hours using the app, it would be nice if it was accessible 24/7 but I completely understand that there are many challenges to that.
I would definitely use Shurgard again if the need for storage arises. Their rates are also among the better ones we found.

Shams was excellent at advising me on my options and guiding me through the entire process from walking in the door, to taking possession of the storage locker. Also spoke to Manni, who was working & also very attentive. Both of these are a great example of what great service looks like.

Excellent serivce ,but the cost of renting a small storage room should be a lot cheaper paying £145 a month is way to expensive for the size

Had an emergency storage issue when our sofa didn’t fit into our new house. Paul was excellent and sorted a unit for us quickly and amended everything I had got wrong when attempting to arrange online. Facilities are very new compared to other storage units we’ve had before.
