"Excellent service from Shurgard Self Storage, our client needed to store their furniture whilst renovations were taking place at their apartment. The deadline for this changed several times throughout the project and Keely was very helpful in accommodating this without it being an issue. I’ve been a customer at Shurgard City Airport for five years, and while I recently had an unfortunate break-in incident, I have to commend their response. After the locks were changed, the keys they sent didn’t fit, and I drove four hours with a hired van only to find I couldn’t access my unit. Frustrated, I headed home. But then, the manager, Keeley, called me personally, apologized, and assured me they would credit my account to cover the van cost. Keeley is a true asset to Shurgard she turned a bad situation around with kindness and professionalism. It’s inevitable that things go wrong sometimes, but it’s how they’re fixed that matters. Thanks to Keeley, I feel confident returning in a month or two to collect my belongings. Kudos to her and the team!

Staff are very helpful, good facility. I was meant to move out earlier, normally i would have to have paid the full amount due to short notice but the branch manager Keela at city airport branch pulled out some strings for me and waived the entire fee. I am very great full because i was in a difficult situation and deduction of that fee was a necessity . I am moving to another branch for easier access and cheaper rate.
