Staff are very helpful, good facility. I was meant to move out earlier, normally i would have to have paid the full amount due to short notice but the branch manager Keela at city airport branch pulled out some strings for me and waived the entire fee. I am very great full because i was in a difficult situation and deduction of that fee was a necessity . I am moving to another branch for easier access and cheaper rate.

I have been a customer at city Airport for 3 months, my whole time being here as been blissful. I had the privilege to deal with Keely she is the store manager at the branch and I could not fault her! She is amazing! We need more of her in this world. So, not just a one off and never make you feel like you are asking a stupid question and which is consistently good across the whole business.
And a thank you to Alex at the City Airport office today for being so helpful in making sure I was able to access my locker and remind me on how to use the App and Access Codes, so I will be able to access my locker at all times, very much appreciated.

Received fantastic service by Ryan who patiently went through all we needed to know regarding renting a storage facility. He provided both myself and my husband with such good customer service which resulted in us renting a 130sq ft storage which we are very happy with. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent customer service from Keely. First helped identify a unit wide enough for my items, but not bigger than necessary. Then due to an IT issue had to manually help me get verified and set up with an access code. Helpful, friendly and efficient.
