I was served by Azeez, firstly thanks for a great and smooth service, he found me a great deal that fitted my affordability and everything went as he advised, based on comaprison to other local competitors not only was the price great but the service was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

We stored surplus household goods for 2 years after downsizing. Shurguard Purley Way is very well-designed and managed and spotlessly clean. Security is tight and we found the manager to be courteous, efficient and helpful,

Clean well kept units (in great working order ) with bright lighting in corridors and the units. Access until 11pm at no additional cost. Cctv. Trolleys. Nice and safe.

I have just moved all my stock to this place as it's cheaper than where it had been! It's open earlier and later than the other location where I had my stock before.
It meant that in this insanely hot weather I could go late when it was just 26 degrees rather than 34 degrees as it was yesterday! Feels secure, clean and safe.
I hope to be here lots as website sales come through..... let's see.

We got a storage unit here last most where we moved our house into as we are having building work done and it is brilliant. The most practical thing is that you don't even need a code, you've got an app that can just allow you to open doors;

Azeez spoke to me in the phone and talked through all of my options in detail, great guy. Then choose to go with the Bow branch and was guided by Chad who took me through all the paperwork and gave great advice.
Both were patient, accurate and supported me to make solid decisions. I have a neurological condition, so them taking their time to explain things to me was SUPER important and inclusive!

Absolutely outstanding service from the lady at reception today and over the phone. She was very understanding and knowledgeable and did everything in her power to ensure a smooth transition of a otherwise very stressful upcoming move. All very easy and well explained, Liam and Damon helped me out and answered all my questions perfectly, I was quite impressed with the app as well, makes it so much easier to get through to the storage unit instead of using codes, all very clear and simple, thanks for the help guys!
