Ive had a unit for over a year, recently spoke with Tim and Chase regarding changing unit size. Randomly poped by and Chase, saw me on the road and took the time for a quick chat. Popped in yesterday to do the change over and she made it effortless. I finished during her break and she came back to the desk to finish up the new contract for me. Customer service has been outstanding!
