Excellent customer experience at the branch. Tim aided us from beginning to end with the same level of passion. He guided us through the available spaces, carefully elaborated the security systems, and addressed all our inquiries without any difficulty. He also took the time to recapitulate each of the paperwork and ensured we comprehended before signing the contract. Great all round service from Shurgard in Deptford in difficult circumstances. Following a fire at my block of flats in the pandemic, and now living in temporary accommodation a good distance from London, I had to arrange a removal from afar and Bret at Shurgard made sure everything was done impeccably.

From arranging a time to chat on the phone to determine what was required to assistance on the day including a walk round facility to make sure everything would work properly on the load in, Bret was immensely helpful and his assistance much appreciated.

Would recommend and will use again.
