This was my first time using storage, I have been waiting for my flat to complete and needed to vacate my rental. I cannot recommend Shurgard enough, the whole process has been brilliant and the care and kindness I've received from the staff have been wonderful. I initially booked a smaller storage space before realising I needed this upgrading, I called customer service and they had it all sorted for me on the phone and even took the time to explain to me what would happen on the day, how to sign for and gain access ahead of the truck arriving. On the day I moved in the front desk helped me set up my app (incredibly easy to use and worked perfectly!), they showed me where all the trolleys were along with the lift, and directed me straight to my unit. They made a very stressful time much easier and I really appreciate everyone who helped me out!

Would like to thank Caroline for her excellent customer care service today as well as for being so informative during the 5 minutes I spoke to her, contrary to a rather unpleasent encounter at the Romford shurguard when we were dealt a rather cold shoulder by one of the staff members.Having been with Shurguard for more than a year it is sad to see that Romford branch seems to have a rather stiff and unfriendly approach to its existing customers, and seek only to attract new customers.Caroline helped me with my queries, provided all the information I needed to know.
