I had an outstanding experience with Shannon at Shurgard Greenwich. Even after I had already given notice to move out, Shannon went above and beyond to help me. She was an excellent problem solver, always calm, professional, and welcoming, with a genuine smile and a fantastic attitude throughout.
She took the time to listen to my concerns, found the best solution for my situation, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Thanks to her exceptional customer service and positive approach, she completely changed my mind and convinced me to stay with Shurgard.

Shurgard Greenwich Self Storage is the number one storage in London. Helpful and friendly staff. Great customer service. Clean premises, clean toilets. I’ve been to several self storages but non can compare to Shurgard self storage. Shurgard is the only storage company in London that does £1 first month promotional deal. I have recommended so many people to Shurgard self storage.
Shurgard is my Go To Storage when it comes to storages. Highly recommended.

Shannon was incredibly kind, friendly. She showed me storage units of different sizes and explained everything very clearly. She was so knowledgeable and genuine. She enthusiastically walked me through the entire process, making sure I understood every step. Thanks to her help, I felt confident signing the contract that same day. Whenever I have experienced any issues to access my unit or the app, the team has been quick to assist and resolve them. This was my first time using storage, I have been waiting for my flat to complete and needed to vacate my rental. I cannot recommend Shurgard enough, the whole process has been brilliant and the care and kindness I've received from the staff have been wonderful. I initially booked a smaller storage space before realising I needed this upgrading, I called customer service and they had it all sorted for me on the phone and even took the time to explain to me what would happen on the day, how to sign for and gain access ahead of the truck arriving. On the day I moved in the front desk helped me set up my app (incredibly easy to use and worked perfectly!), they showed me where all the trolleys were along with the lift, and directed me straight to my unit. They made a very stressful time much easier and I really appreciate everyone who helped me out!
