Got a call back from Caroline at Shurgard Self Storage in Greenwich yesterday. She was pretty good. She was interested in what I was storing and why and laid out the pros and cons. Even with the cons, I was convinced that any company whose staff are so focused and so tuned in to a customer's needs – deserved my business. Just to be sure, I called the other Self Storage firms in the area, and Caroline's deal made the most sense for my purposes.

I already have a unit with another branch, so it was my first port of call when I needed a business unit. I arrived at my appointment to complete the paperwork etc, but found that my initial call with a member of staff did not provide me with the correct ID criteria with which to rent a business unit, so I had to then sign up in my own name and as a residential unit. Benil was great and was able to get everything organised. My second visit to move in was seamless, with Osman picking up where Benil had left off, changing the account to the business name, getting a tour etc. Well run and clean. I would recommend a little heat in the storage areas, especially when you have to be there all day in the Winter. Great experience, so thank you all!

Even at full price they are cheaper than the company with yellow in the name.
They give you access upto 11pm without charging extra. They charge monthly and not 4 weekly which makes budgeting easier.

Shurgard Greenwich offering the best storage options in London. I am a long-term customer, probably my first rental was in Nov 2020 and since then, I have upgraded/downgraded based on needs. For the past year I am using a 200 sq ft unit for my clients storage and a 65 sq ft for my own personal storage (active since March 2020).

Zara, Pascale and Adam have always been there for me to assist with any requests that I had and nothing was impossible for them. Truly professional team and can't recommend them enough. I am an Estate Agent and property manager and looking after my clients stored items while their properties are tenanted and never had any incidents or issues with the units I am occupying all these years.
