The customer service is top tier, and that’s all thanks to Shan and Keval. The storage space is spacious and it’s secured. If you want to think of storing your belongings, definitely go to gypsy corner and ask for them both!

Just taken a space at Shurgard and moved from Yellow Storage. Kev was really helpful in giving us the information we needed. Outstanding service and even 40% discount on 10 boxes. Thanks Kev, great service and really knowledgable. We we offered to be able to move into a bigger room for free which was fantastic.

I have rented a storage unit today and was welcomed by Ahmed and Kev. They were very helpful with telling me all th3 information. I was shown to my Unit and the place was very clean and tidy. The team there are absolutely fantastic and made the whole process seamless. I dont nornally leave any reviews but thw team here earned a well deserved 5 stars. I highly recommend the services of Shurgard Gipsy Corner, North Acton. From the first day when I brought my stuff there, the service and dedication of the team was impeccable! Not to mention the security/access and overall service.

This review is particular for 2 of the staff members, namely Ahmed and Keval. Very responsive, very helpful and overall they should get some 'employee of the year' type of recognition.
I am the kind of person that either leaves very good or bad reviews, when I believe that the company deserves it either way.

I have just moved into a storage space at Gypsy Corner.
I would like it to be noted that from the very offset when i enquired about storage, the team at Gypsy Corner have been nothing short of respectful, knowledgeable and professional.
Both team members have assisted me and my family from start to finish and the process has been remarkably easy.
My initial phone call was with Ahmed whi helped me choose the right Unit and showed me how everything works.
After my move, i was really happy that my stuff was in a safe space which is secure and the building being extremely clean.
My son and his partner attended and Kev was at the branch. He helped my son with the same process and we took out another storage Unit as we were adamant that this would expedite our process of moving into our new place. Kev helped set up all the access for us and we were really impressed with the way we were dealt with. When we run into issues, the team have always found a solution to our problem and even though there is a closer storage place near us we would recommed that anyone wishing to take storage to visit Gypsy Corner. Thank you team for all your help. We will be recomending you to our friends and colleagues as we think your service has been outstanding.

I booked my unit online which was easy enough but the real five star experience started when I actually showed up at the site. I ran into a few challenges at the gate and was feeling pretty stuck but Ahmed and Kev stepped in and sorted everything out immediately. I was also a bit confused with how to actually fit the lock to the unit and they did not hesitate to help me get it sorted properly. Nothing was too much effort for them and they handled the whole thing with such a positive and supportive attitude. You can tell they really take pride in the place because the whole store is incredibly clean and well looked after. It is rare to find staff this friendly and genuinely willing to help when things do not go perfectly. Ahmed and Kev are massive assets to Shurgard and honestly represent the best of the company. If you want a stress free experience go to this location because these guys are absolute legends and deserve some serious recognition for how they treat their customers.

Since going through a stressful situation, I know I can rely in the team in Acton to be on hand to help. Kev is amazing, always friendly and polite and happy to help. I forgot my keys and Kev was on hand to assist to save me a journey home and back. I had issues with the App last week and Kev saw and went out his way to come and help. Thank you so much, your service and help is always appreciated. 5 stars my friend! I would recommend anyone who needs storage to speak to Kev no matter where they go!!
