I had such a fantastic experience with Shurguard. I had to book quite late due to an unexpected move date and they found me the unit I needed at a fantastic price. I went to go and see the unit and Catia showed me around, she was so helpful and answered all of my questions. On the day my movers got access via their handy app so I didn't even have to be there which was helpful with a small baby in tow!
Overall an amazing experience and with the first month offer an incredible price. Our house move has been so stressfull but this was by far the easiest part!

Really impressed with my experience at Shurgard. The staff I’ve met were friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. They took the time to answer my questions, and the facility is clean, secure, and very well maintained. It gives me real peace of mind safety wise. Great customer service from start to finish. Absolutely great service from start to finish. After receiving poor service from another storage facility in Sunbury, we decided to move units. What can I say? The team went above and beyond our expectations, helping us secure a larger unit that better suited our needs.

Afonso was very helpful to me as a walk-in customer. I was able to see a few storage options before making a decision. Afonso and explained options, access and account set up clearly. I was also reminded about a local sports event that woukd create traffic in the area. Great service with a big smile!

Shurgard storage service is absolutely amazing. The ease of renting a storage unit is amazing. It’s easy, quick and fast I was able to move in my things on the same day of signing up online. I really like the self service of the entire process, I didn’t have to see anyone in person or go through a phone call to start using my storage unit. Accessing the unit is also easy with the app and the being able to access the gates using the app with Bluetooth. I have also had a chance to speak to the staff and can happily they say are kind and easy to reach and to talk to. All in all it’s a great service provided by Shurgard. Highly recommend their service.

I dropped by unannounced on Saturday afternoon and asked if I could see a unit so I could gauge the size; I had tried another facility earlier in Sunbury but the experience didn't instil confidence.
I was escorted around the facility by the very helpful "Catia", she appears to run the entire facility herself.
All of my questions were answered in full and based on what I saw and Catia's positive testimony regarding company policy and procedure, I decided on the spot that this was where I wanted to store my "stuff".
I signed up for a unit to start the following month; I've just seen it and it's better than the one I was originally shown by Catia (I was already impressed with that one).
I had no issues using the electronic access via the phone app and feel confident in the security of the facility.

Catia was super helpful at the Hanworth location, she made sure everything was in place before I arrived to sign my contract in order to minimise wait time as I was on a tight schedule. Highly recommended, in fact the Manager, Afonso was also super helpful on my next visit to my unit. Both went above and beyond in order to help me in the best way possible.
