The storage was very easy to access during the opening hours and no issues with storing my things there. Staff were always helpful whenever I had a query. I would use this storage again in the future.

First time I came the office was closed and we had to wait for 2 hours for someone to show up. Once they did, Magdalena was an absolute star. Explained the process, showed us empty unit and we signed up next day.

Very friendly member of staff showed us around (sorry, didn't get your name!). He did his best to find me a unit with a good amount of lighting and got us through the booking process efficiently, even though my details weren't on the system at first. Good prices for the units too!

I had a great experience at Shurgard Self Storage Harrow. The customer service assistant, Emma, was absolutely brilliant. She provided all the information clearly from beginning to end, explained how to access the unit, showed me around, and guided me through the whole rental process. She also explained the timings and made everything very easy to understand. Ema was extremely helpful and professional throughout. Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience at Shurgard Harrow. Staff member was very helpful showing around the site and ensuring everything works correctly, booking in was incredibly smooth and communication has been excellent, could not fault it one bit. Highly recommended!

Abbas is a great asset to Shurgard. He is an exemplary employee who goes above and beyond his role to assist customers; is always friendly, courteous and professional. I am in the latter years of my working life and it is refreshing to see enthusiasm and compassion in younger staff. Abbas is exactly the type of team member that Shurgard should be aiming to retain as it will be a sad for Shurgard if and when he decides to change employer and of even greater disappointment for customers. With Abbas' work ethic and helpful nature, I hope he goes far in life and shows that it does pay to be a nice. Thank you 👏🏽
