I had an absolutely excellent experience with Shurgard Hayes for the past two months. From the very beginning, everything was smooth, welcoming, and comfortable.

The staff were always helpful, friendly, and professional, and all the staff were incredibly nice and approachable. It really made me feel safe and welcoming.

Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I genuinely enjoyed my two months here. I would happily recommend this place to anyone looking for a well-managed rental space.

My second time using Shurgard - they have efficient and well organised self service and good prices. Choose Hayes specifically because of the better price and office being open on Sunday.
Molly who was working that day was very nice and I extremely helpful at rearranging the unit size last minute. Thank you :)

Spoke to Molly who answered all of my queries, pre-demoted half of them. She was friendly, patient, explained everything succinctly and clearly and took time to properly show me the unit. Be more like Molly.
