Store your things with these guys. Honestly, you can't find this level of customer service in many other places. Everyone you chat with is so kind, understanding, and they genuinely want to make sure you get the best set up. You manage the facilities with an app, with customer support always ready to help in case there's no one at the facility. The images on the website were also very helpful, because you get an idea of the space - it's pretty accurate.

Used Shurgard Self Storage Herne Hill for when I was inbetween flats and the service was unbelivably brilliant. Normally sotrage units are a bit soul sucking but the lady I had on front desk and the email customer care people have been an utter delight to deal with. Would 1000000% recommend.

Catherine at Herne Hill was super helpful with organising my booking and allowing me to view the different units so I could see the size options in person. She explained everything thoroughly and I know if I have any other questions she will be happy to help!

I called into the Herne Hill site a few days ago, then today to make a reservation for a storage unit. Semira and Catherine on each occasion, were amazing. They answered all my questions, and helped me get an idea of the unit sizes, so I would be best placed to make the right choice. Nothing was too much trouble.
This is how real customer service is achieved; with a genuine smile, an eagerness to help, writing up notes and printing my reservation today.

Customer service advisor Semira absolutely amazing, answered all my questions really helpful, booked the appropriate storage room for my belongings.

Catherine helped out quickly and swiftly, after having set up my account online and we were in our unit within 15 mins of turning up to the site. Having not had a unit for a couple of years, she gave us a tour and showed us how to get around easily using the app on our phone. Made us laugh after a stressful day of moving! :)
