The 5 stars review is to the team member (manager?) Caroline. She was beyond helpful through my rental. However, other team members I dealt with (from other branches?), especially at quoting level and booking the unit, was not helpful or customer service minded at all. For all services Shurgard provided, apart from Caroline, I'd give 1 star.

I have had a welcoming experience with Shurgard Hearn Hill and I get confidence with storing my belongings here as it is secure and professionally managed to a high specification.

There is always a member of staff available for assistance and that leaves the impression that it is a reputable inter-personal company rather than just a facility.

The staff in Herne Hill Shurgard is AMAZING. I walked in last minutely and asked for a storage the day after immediately. The arrangement was last minute as my PREVIOUS STORAGE overcharged me, and left parts of my parcels uncollected. I went to Shurgard due to its amazing location. The receptions are AWSOME. Shurgard staffs are extremely helpful and patient. the price is much much more affordable, and the storages are so clean and well maintained. The paperwork’s had all the payment details clearly stated. It’s very transparent and super assuring. The cancellation policy of the storage is also very reasonable as well. And the staff are very quick to reply to the email. Overall it’s the best storage experience I’ve ever had in London. After using three different storage company, im definitely sticky to Shurgard. Furthermore their operation hours are also longer, so it’s much more accessible and flexible than the other storages I had.
