I've moved several clients into this storage unit and have always found it very easy dealing with the very friendly staff in particular Kayla and Caroline. Always very positive energy and makes my job so easy. Thanks Kayla and Caroline!

Clean, modern, not v cheap but great £1 deal for the first month (you’ll still need to pay for a lock, an admin fee, and insurance if you don’t have it separately). Great service from Nic (hope we’re spelling that right), and the team. Keep it up!

First of all, the facility is very nicely cleaned and maintained. I would recommend this place just by this point, but the staff working here is also wonderful and professional.

Caroline, who works here, helped me a lot when I had issues with my car.

I cannot thank her enough for the support she gave me.

We needed a solution for 3 months, which quickly turned into 12, before we could move our things to our new house. Shurgard made it affordable, straightforward and empowered us to access the unit safely, freely and easily. Semira at Herne Hill was particularly brilliant in helping us navigate pickups and signing us out of our unit with ease. They were also very quick to answer a query I had once about locksmith access. They get back to you quickly via email, and make paying invoices online very simple. I would recommend them to anyone needing a bit of temporary space.
