Everything was ok with the storage safe and with the staff. Ray and Michelle, a familiar French name, in Kensington storage help me with the last things after more of 1 year that i stay there. I find the app good enough too and the communication with the central office good. I preferred when it closed at 11pm but now the staff is there 7/7.

Great experience working with Ray who was a consummate professional and a pleasure. He set me up for success, was quick to help when I needed a change in plans, and was clear in setting expectations. My first time renting space and I felt very confident after working with him. Would recommend.

100% satisfied with Shurgard Kensington. Michelle the manager was incredibly patient and helpful and found me the perfect space at a very keen price. Access is really easy and the whole building feels clean and bright. There are plenty of alternatives in the area but from what I've seen this is easily the best.

I used Shurgard on Freston Road, just a short walk from Latimer Road station, and had a great experience.
The location is very convenient, with friendly staff and smooth, easy access through their app, which controls entry to the building. The storage units are clean, well-signposted, and easy to reach. There are plenty of trolleys available to move items in and out, with parking provided inside as well.
Facilities are well thought out, including a toilet available during office hours, and access to your unit is available daily from 7:00–21:00.
Giving 14 days’ notice is required when moving out, but the staff were helpful and responsive over phone and email throughout my time there.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for secure and straightforward storage.

Amazing self storage with a great friendly and welcoming reception man. His name is Ray, and he made my day explaining everything I need to know about the storage. The storage have convenient access and near by the tube.

Everyone at Shurgard Kensington has been so friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Raeford, Ray and Michelle who have gone above and beyond, greeting us by name and even helping us sort the access app out as they were closing one day!
The premises is clean and well lit, easy to navigate inside and very easy to park inside. The van entrance is large and easily accommodated the luton van we hired. Being right next to the tube station makes it easy to get to without the car as well! It feels very secure and I would definitely use it again and recommend to anyone.

Raeford at Kingston Shurgard was amazing! So friendly, helpful, funny - he had no idea how much we are going through or the difficult circumstances we are working with that meant we needed temporary storage, but he had us smiling, feeling good, and he is a genuinely caring and delightful person who put big smiles on our faces.

Customer service the best I’ve had in years and I’ve maintained a unit here since 2019. Ray was quite helpful in helping me understand the new app and way to access my unit. The other young lady at the desk was polite and lovely as well. Great job!!!
