Rohan has been very nice and helpful. The process of showing the unit and setting it up on the system all went smoothly. Shurgard Kensington has always been a great place to store things. Never had any issues.

We visited the Kensington branch of Shurgard today to look for storage units. Rohan was helpful, approachable, friendly and professional; he took the time to show us different storage units and answer all of our questions. He is an asset to the team.
