Top marks for customer service from Annette (Kentish Town) while getting my paperwork and logistics in order for my storage locker. I popped into the office in person. She was very helpful and friendly. Previous coordination with other Shurgard staff over the phone have also gone well. I don’t actually have access to my storage space until a few weeks ahead but so far so good.

Brandon, Dean and Darren are very accomodationg I inquired at Shurgard and they were very approachable too. The facility is spacious, clean, and looks very secure. The Kentish Town location is also in a safe neighbourhood, which gives extra peace of mind. Overall, highly recommended!
