I had a good experience with storing my items at Shurgard at Kentish town. Always friendly and helpful staff and really good price deals. I only had to move out due to moving too far away from this storage facility. Thanks to Darren for helping with a smooth exit. I would recommend this place to others.

Had an amazing experience at Shurgard Self Storage thanks to Darren. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Took the time to explain everything clearly and genuinely went above and beyond. Customer service like this is rare these days — highly recommend asking for Darren if you visit.

Top marks for customer service from Annette (Kentish Town) while getting my paperwork and logistics in order for my storage locker. I popped into the office in person. She was very helpful and friendly. Previous coordination with other Shurgard staff over the phone have also gone well. I don’t actually have access to my storage space until a few weeks ahead but so far so good.

Brandon, Dean and Darren are very accomodationg I inquired at Shurgard and they were very approachable too. The facility is spacious, clean, and looks very secure. The Kentish Town location is also in a safe neighbourhood, which gives extra peace of mind. Overall, highly recommended!
