I had an excellent experience yesterday thanks to Roger, who helped me set up my self-storage service. From the moment I arrived, he was friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive. Roger took the time to understand exactly what I needed and guided me through the different storage options with patience and good humour. He made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and even enjoyable. His attention to detail ensured I chose the perfect unit size for my needs, and he explained everything clearly, leaving no questions unanswered. It’s rare to meet someone who combines such efficiency with such a great personality! The whole facility was spotless and well organised, which gave me extra confidence in my choice. I truly appreciate Roger’s help and would highly recommend both him and this storage service to anyone looking for a smooth, reliable experience.
